Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

We deliver across India.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • A small shipping or convenience fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable. This will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable PIN codes across India. Availability may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link. You can track your shipment anytime using the provided link.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

PainZen is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, it may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
